The part most builders leave to you
Drawings, structural calculations, the planning route and Building Control are not administrative afterthoughts. They decide what you are allowed to build, whether it stands up, and whether you get the certificate that a buyer’s solicitor will ask for in ten years.
Most builders quote for the building work and leave you to assemble the rest. We do it as part of the job: the technician who draws it, the engineer who calculates it, the application, the notification and the inspections.
That is the whole reason this company exists in the shape it does.
