Where we work
We are based in West Bergholt, about three miles north west of Colchester, and we cover roughly a thirty mile radius from there.
That takes in all of Colchester and its neighbourhoods, out through Wivenhoe, Rowhedge, West Mersea, Tiptree, Dedham, Boxted, Great Horkesley, Layer de la Haye, Marks Tey, Copford and Coggeshall, and as far as Witham, Braintree, Halstead, Earls Colne, Manningtree, Brightlingsea, Clacton, Maldon, Sudbury, Chelmsford and Ipswich towards the edges.
If you are near the boundary, ring and ask rather than assuming. It costs you nothing to check.
What happens when you get in touch
- We talk briefly about what you are planning and where the property is.
- We arrange a survey at a time that suits you, including evenings.
- Our team comes out and looks at the ground, the access, the structure, the drains and the planning position.
- We put together a written quotation with its assumptions and exclusions stated.
- You take as long as you need over it. We do not chase.
The survey and the quotation cost nothing and there is no obligation.
